Bailey Norton
RN, Administrator
Bailey has dedicated over a decade to the long-term care field, driven by a passion for helping others and a personal connection to the profession that began in childhood. Growing up in Jasper, Bailey spent much of her early years at the nursing home in Jasper, where her great grandmother, Ruth, was a resident. It was here that the seeds for a lifelong career in healthcare were sown.
In 2013, Bailey began her career in long-term care as a CNA. Determined to expand her impact, Bailey worked hard to achieve her LPN license and then later her RN license. Bailey, then took the next step by obtaining her Nursing Home Administrator License.
Bailey loves the small town feel and home like environment that makes Countryside stand out from other facilities. Bailey strives to maintain that warm, family atmosphere and ensure the highest quality care for all residents. Her career reflects her commitment to her community, her family, and the healthcare profession. Countryside is not just a place for medical care, but a nurturing, supportive community where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time outdoors and going on adventures with her husband and two kids.
