From a young age, Lenora was drawn to helping others, volunteering at Countryside Assisted Living throughout her teenage years. This early exposure sparked a love for working with senior residents and their families.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2009 with a degree in Human Resources, Lenora always knew that her true passion was healthcare. She came back to work full-time at Countryside in 2013 as assistant administrator and eventually took on the role as administrator. Throughout the years, Lenora has gained a vast amount of knowledge through experience and training to help her grow professionally.

Lenora is a busy mom of four who spends her time cheering her kids on in their various sports and activities. She loves attending concerts and traveling when she is able to.
